Did mine a week ago, 11mm bolt on top would not budge & started to round corners so had to take off completely. Front fuel line union also would not budge so had to cut fuel pipe. Bowl was full of crap, cleaned & replaced, greased bolt so hopefully will be easier next time. Had to heat fuel pipe...

Thanks for reply Ratty, sedimenter cleaned, fuel filter changed, air filter looks new, just fitted egr blank & new hose to intercooler. how do you check for hose delamination, as i am new to throwing the spanners around a disco not quite sure what to look for.

Hi guys, changed filter & bled, went for test drive all fine untill temp reached normal then started coughing, so pulled over reved engine still coughing & cloud of black smoke, reved again up to 4000rpm a few times seemed to run better & no more black smoke, so off i went again dual carridgeway...

Hi, Removed my EGR at weekend, sprayed bolts with WD-40, went for a drive come back & gingerly cracked the bolts while manifold was still hot came off no problem! probably just lucky but hope luck continues as its de-cat pipe this weekend.
