thanks for the replies,yes did post last winter,still no heater,bypassed egr as as i think the tank may have had a leak,so thermostat there gone,egr blanked off.

back to the heater problems,anyone know anything about these motors in behind the dash,still no heater and its coming up for winter again,running even colder now with getting the egr bypassed

found out water problem,coming from water getting into egr,was going to blank it anyway,fitted kit now wont start?do i have to do a remap (egr delete) ?

hi water seems to be getting into exhaust system,loosing water,steam coming from exhaust,only thing i did was check out the thermostat beside the egr

hi very very poor heater on the beastie,can i bypass the heater valve in the engine bay?if so does all 3 pipes need to be joined ,or just 2 of them? if so which ones to see if its faulty,any help would be great.

forgive me for being thick,i have no manual,how do you open the parcel shelf,i dont want to force anything or break it
