once you know how and have done it before may be. just for anyone in the future. make sure Tc is corrcetly seated & be gentle with it as its easy to damage the pump it mates with. hold TC in place with a strap while fitting the graer box to the engine. make some 100mm long M10 studs & put in...

and how exactly do you get a screw driver on the TC to turn it?

ya not cheap on the 300 as the chip has to be unsoldered from the pump and a new one soldered in.

just in the process of fitting a replacment auto box and could do with some advise on the best way to line up the TC bolt holes with the holes in the fly wheel. The box is currently bolted to the engine so any ideas without unbolting it would be good. cheers

what chip have you got?

if you are going to be using it while towing up hill i would advise a egt gauge.

looks like they will be ok

the wires yiou want go to the ecu behind the side panel in the drivers footwell/under the steering wheel and they are red & green/pink

you don't need all that stuff, a 1k ohm resistor attached to the red and green pink ( i think) under the dash, put a switch in so you can turn it off. the info is on here some where, do a search. I have seen it done and it makes a lot of differance
