    air con compressor

Correct my choice, would rather buy a lotto ticket for £34 than £1000 for one ( compressor).Bloke has had success on 2 freelanders this year. And by the way i used radweld on my mk1 Escort in the Eighties and that saved me £80 then !!

    air con compressor

HI, checked the lead that Wills mentioned and all seemed ok so phoned up the bloke who regassed the system ( local ) and he said he would be with me in 5 mins. 5 mins later and there he was !.He said his normal thoughts would be a leaking condensor ( he reckons very common fault ) but when he...

    air con compressor

Cheers Wills, will have a gander tomorrow.Do you know if the compressor would need to be running when i had it regassed to blow that lovely cold air or would it have been a case of new pressurised gas being enough to blow like that for a couple of weeks ? I have never heard anything ' click ' or...

    Chipping a Diesel

Rav, the sons got my digi in france at the moment but when you pick the bonnet up the filter is to the right of the engine sitting high up with a couple of connecter blocks on it, yours will only fit one off those .:o

    Chipping a Diesel

The 2 connectors on the left look like they fit on the top of the diesel filter unit. My box only had one wire and i had to remove the plug and solder the wire to a specific one in the plug, it looks like yours is more advanced and is just a case of swapping them over.:)

    Chipping a Diesel

Hi ,i fitted a STEINBAUER power box 2 months ago to my 2000 dhse and it has made it a real drivers car plus gives me an extra 3/4 mph. There are only 2 connections, one to the screw connecter at the back of the injection pump, and then a single wire soldered to a wire at the top of the diesel...

    Dhse Gearbox Settings

Wills, thanks for the excellent response,it does look an expensive bit of kit but looking at the drawing the 2 shift control solenoid valves sound incriminating dont they.My DHSE doesn't 'bang' into first/second but it is a bit off putting and not the silky ride it should be. Once again cheers...

    P38 dog guard

Terv, have seen your earlier thread with the photo of the internal bracket fitted to headlining. As you say they look as tho they grow out of the roof but holding them im my hand the bolt holes go about a further 12 mm above what you can see, so defo a bit of cutting i think. Also there are 4...

    P38 dog guard

Hi, anyone fitted a landrover dog guard.I have read on here it has something to do with the rear roof rail slides.I have now got the brackets that fit to the headlining somewhere and the guard slides into these i believe. Cheers:D
