If your oil cooler is leaking oil into the coolant, you will get a LOT of black oil in the coolant - it's unlikely to overpressure like yours seems to be, not in the very short term anyway - and your oil level will be dropping over a period of time. Yours sounds like head gasket to me.

You need to have all the doors shut (including the bonnet) before the suspension will pump up. Should go up then no problem, but does take a little while, maybe 30 secs?
