ive got a 300tdi auto box sitting in my old disco on the drive gathering dust. . . . it still fitted, no tf box though, if your interested you can have it at a decent price

R380 Gearbox indeed is fitted, dont think its any different, isnt the transferre box that makes the difference, the box in is the disco 300tdi box, but is exactly the same as the one i stuffed and changed for the disco one?!

bad news my end, my new rear prop shaft is disguised as a front one atm and wont fit. . . fookers, sending me a new one but with 3-5 day delivery time!!! i might not be on the road in time

and in with the stupid question, the rear diff isnt going to be any bigger smaller is it?! in length, so the fookers have sent me a stupid size prop!!

old one was a mash up!! old one it 28inch, but being a D reg with 300tdi engine and running gear, front/ rear axels, wondered if i was going to get hybrid length issues!!!

How long is the rear propshaft on the 300tdi?! got my new one today, and its 2ft in lenght and does not fit!!! no where near fitting!!!! :mad: cheers

as i PMd Booger, ive got no rear prop, or handbrake, but should be sorted tonight or tomorrow so count me in. ill let know if im not fixed by sunday

just read scrutineering thing, if you dont have a winch blanket, would they accept, anything i can throw over the line? or would i need to go out and buy one?! also what if they dont like my tow rope?? its not too far for me to come so would like to join you lot!! but if these things dont pass!!!
