Here it is right after I welded it on.

2.5 inches for both the inlet and outlet. I have a 28 inch long glasspack and that seems to be a good length.

The center muffler itself or the inlet or outlet pipes?

I have a glasspack on mine in place of the center muffler. It gives off just the right amount of noise with out being obnoxious.
