    yeah it works fine on a 200tdi..It'd be even better in a 200tdi 90 (mines a 110 so a bit more weoght to shift around. My transfer case came off an 86 rangerover.. it take a wee bit getting up to 70 but once you're there it fine. even some left for overtaking :)

    I run a rangey 1:2 ratio in my 110 CSW but that's a200tdi. I dont know what your motor is but dont pit a 1:2 in anything less than a 200tdi.     Hi steve, you need an LT77 1:4 ratio for your 90... Where abouts are you?? The transfer box can be taken off the back of the gearbox with it all in situ.     yes you need dot 4 but I tend to buy a 4 or 5 litre drum of it... this keeps all the cars going :) I've never replaced all of the systems fluid so cant be more help sorry

    mine chatters going from 2nd to 1st I've found booting the loud pedal as I change out of 2nd does the trick :) it'll go for ages like that dont worry too much. My 4th also has to be at the right revs to change without a crunch :)

    they do dont they? I was asked at frog island..at the 90 rostyles were thiner than my 110's rostyle..110's are closer to 8 inches whereas the 90's were 6.5 ish

    110 wheels are load rated, same thing as you cant put 90 alloys on a 110... I'd assume that the smae goes for the steel wheels..

    I did the same as you guys, spent a day in the rain, splashing about underneath, then proudly saying to the tester, look the reverse light works... only to be told "dont matter mate, it's not in the test" :(
