Got abit done today, intercooler is mounted and piped up and moved rad over to middle, tommorow i have to plumb in rad and air box and fit boost valve then I shall be having a play with it and see what happens:eek::D A few pics

Funny enough James told me to leave boost pipes as is and just run gauge off inlet manifold as well so I think I'll leave alone;)

Had a delivery today:D So shall hopefully fitting this week, plan is to run waste gate and gauge from inlet manifold and keep the fuel pump boost pipe on the turbo, and up the boost a little :)what psi do ya recon i should take it up to?

just pour it in and let it sit overnight make sure its dry before putting back in, head gasket just take your time and if need be take plenty of pics with your phone as you go so you can see where things go back,if ya get stuck just ask on here plenty of help.

think the thread might be 1/8npt on the sender for the vdo, if so you will nead an female to male adapter to fit in the original place or you can get a hose pipe adaptor to go in the top hose, you may be lucky thou sometimes they come with a couple of adapter fittings
