i think colway have gone bust so they are almost impossible to get hold of unless you can find a part worn one , what about putting an inner tube in yours ?

i have fitted 265/75/16 s without any mods , they were bfgoodrich radial all terrains and they dont catch anywhere but i think if they were a more chunky pattern they would probably catch the rear wing , heres the thread i put up with some pics -...

just a quick update and i have fitted 3 x BFGoodrich A/T 's and 1 RUNWAY ENDURO A/T all at 265/75/16 today without needing to do any modifications or cuts to the body . i went slightly off road earlier and the tyres went most of the way up into the arches without catching so im more than happy...

i bet everyone is fed up of questions about wot size tyres to fit on a disco but i have read the guide and done a search but it dont answer the question i got . my 200 tdi is standard and has got the 5 star alloys fitted ( dont know the proper name for them ) and i am running 235/70/16 s on...

as far as i know as systems use power steering fluid ( ATF ) , hope this helps

it all depends on the size of your the master and slaves cylinders how fast it will work cos im pretty sure it will give the pressure if set up correctly cos can use large hydraulic presses that give over 20 tons of force and they are only powered buy a hand lever so a power steering pump should...

im not sure exactly how much pressure but in my last car ( pug 405 ) one of the metal pipes had broke so i tried repairing it using hydraulic pipe rated to 300 psi , it was fine at tick over but as soon as i tried turning the wheels the pipe just burst :eek: . one of the diesel fitters in work...

will a gaylander get to 70 mph without the head gasket going :p

fuel filter or sedimenter most probably blocked but it could be the lift pump as well

you maybe right about filling the filter up with diesel so it ll self bleed cos i run out of diesel last week :o and she restarted after putting some back in ( my fault for wanting to save 1p a litre and driving past the first garage hoping to get to my local asda filling station when the needle...

is it just me or does that sound a bit dangerous ? say your clutch cylinder went and you couldnt disengage the clutch how would you be able to stop it and i know you could just pull the gear stick into neutral but in the lower gears with the engine trying to pull the car its not always easy to...

im with lancaster insurance and im a 30 year old bloke living in a rough ( ish ) area of south wales where even shopping trolleys get their wheels nicked . its my first year of car insurance so i didnt have any no claims bonus ( was a named driver on my parents policy cos i couldnt afford it in...

i dont carry any oil with me so i couldnt top it up at the time and im off work for a few days and living in the welsh valleys there arnt many flat places around here lol
