my daughters frl has developed a loud noise like a clumping when driving forward its less noisy in reverse it sounds like a flat tyre and seems to coming from front nearside any ideas anyone :(

hi folks, my daughter just rang me to say her flr has developed a rumbling /knocking noise from the front of vehicle and gets worse when turning the steering could this be the cv joint , noise more from the nearside :confused: said its only started no warning regards steve
