Looks good! You need some nice steel rims instead of those disco alloys though :)

One of the best items i have bought for my Defender has to be these - DA2815BLACK Defender Waterproof Seat Covers to 2007 - Black, set of 3. (WEB EXCLUSIVE) Cheap, Fit Well, Good Quality and they smarten the interior up no end! Can't recommend them enough!

Assuming that the 300Tdi is the same as a 200Tdi - About 6 Bolts (4 to block, 2 to Dipstick) and a intake pipe :)
