I have searched and cant find it any where, so does any one know what the number is for the metal coolant pipe running front to back on top of the engine (300 tdi) under the rubber cover, leading to the heater matrix. Mines rusted badly and might be leaking. Cheers!

Thick skin on here is compulsory, Stick with it, it is worth it.

I've been using the same stuff cut into small patches to seal the small holes under the body work. I found if you stick it on, then run over with a heat gun, the tape melts slightly, and bonds permanently to the surface. It just makes the result that little but more tough.

Just to let everyone know, I have been testing the karcher with water from a water butt today, and it works perfectly. I know there was a discussion last week on whether it would need a pump or not. Well my butt (no jokes, please) is about 3ft lower than the area i'm using the pressure washer at...

Quick check. I'm right in thinking the 7x(?) bolts that hold the swivel ball joint on are buggers to get off? If they are, what size replacement bolts do I need? Cheers in advance!
