    rear washer-fuse?

Not sure about fuse. But access is easy if you have front fogs, just remove the offside foglight and the 3 motors are right there. It's definately the black one as I have done this job.

    Rear screen wash

There is a non return valve in the line that could be faulty.

    pressure in header tank

i dont think it matters too much if the odd spelling mistake creeps in but to add no commas full stops new sentances or paragraphes makes reading your post far more difficult than it should be perhaps you could try and make an effort if you want folks to make an effort in their reply by the way...

    Windscreen & rear water jets

As above, there is 3 pumps on the washer bottle. It's possible they could be faulty. A simple test to listen if they work will let you know. Black - rear (definately, as I replaced mine) White - lights (I think) Red - front screen ( I think) I bought a secondhand one from eBay for £6.50.

    another issue heated seats

Not sure without investigating myself. But I would definately replace them, as the standard heated seats are not very warm at all.

    Front n/s tire shoulder wear

You can test to see if the viscous coupling in the transfer box is sticking by jacking the vehicle up and spinning the wheels. I forget the exact procedure, but someone will know. It's a fairly common fix.

hi just had a new clutch in my rr p38 please help..

Everyone would be guessing at the noise without hearing it. The manual 2.5 suffers from DMF faliure, so it would have been wise to put a new one in while the clutch was out if its fairly old, high miles, etc.

    another issue heated seats

I'm an upholsterer and I assure you, as Gav says, this is not hard at all. The only tricky part is getting the hog rings off and putting them back on without the correct tools, but it can be done. With some new hog rings and hog ring pliers, you simply cut the old rings and replace with...

    door mirror glass removal....

They do pull off. Move the mirror inwards so you can get your fingers in, and.... Pull the RIGHT side of the offside mirror and the LEFT side of the neaside mirror towards you, and it will come off failry easy.

    disc and pad change

Changing the discs and pads on the P38 is very easy indeed. The only problem I encounted was the disc retaining screws would not come out, I had to drill them out, which was very easy indeed, but I did not have new ones to replace them, not that they are required really. So when you buy...

    Air spring bags

I would tend to agree with most of the replies. If you intend to keep the car for a while, then get them replaced.

    suspension

Just bear in mind, the system on these cars will still pay up from time to time even if it's all in good order. I have 4 new bags, no leaks, overhauled valve block with new o-rings and it still misbehaves occasionally.

    Coolant

As Gav says, I know the diesel, not sure abuut petrol, has a drain plug right at the bottom of the radiator. Also, the diesel has a drain screw on the exhaust side of the cylinder head, its tricky to find (from underneath) remove that too for a full and proper coolant change. I got almost...
