Hi, Thanks for the replies. Kork was spot on. Leak off pipes looked fine but when I started poking them about I could hear air being sucked it. Pulled them off and they'd split at the ends. New pipe and no more problem. Great stuff.

Just a thought... the P38 uses a variable potentiometer on the accelerator pedal does the BMW 325? If it does and its faulty, e.g. sticking, giving wrong readings this could cause the engine to rev. Would explain why fighting the pedal a bit got the revs down again.

If you are parking on the level and the front end is going down to me this suggests you have a leak. Have you checked the front air springs? I had a similar problem with mine where the back end went down went parked a while on the level. Having replaced the air springs it is now fine. mikeateves

Good thought lanmjdun. On a more serious note: if you use lazy lock does/should the car go into super-lock when everything is closed or do you have to release the remote button and press it again for the car to super-lock?

Hi nanndy13, Good question. I'm sure one of the previous threads on this forum had photos of the different receivers but I can't find it. I'll see if I've still got my old RF receiver and see how it differs from the new one - it might be necessary to open it up to tell.

Have you checked the air suspension reservoir for holes and the pipes connected to the reservoir?
