id like to remap my ecu but i want to buy the equipment myself i understand the ecu requires a different internal chip are there any links on the procedure

I've done all the tests possible so i think im going to strip the box. There is a slight vibration so maybe a bearing has 'gone' wearing away the teeth on the reluctor. Does anyone have the workshop manual including disassembly?

does anyone have the manual for the ZFhp22 or ZFhp24 which includes disassembly?

After tests I've came to the conclusion that's it's the auto box ecu, is it possible to use a ecu from a newer auto or does it need the same numbers

I've tested the pins for and got a reading so I went ahead with a new sensor, unfortunately the same code comes back, any idea what else it could be?

i was driving on the dual carriageway and the engine lost all power and the mil came on but after turning it off and on it cleared, the fault code said high speed crank sync lost, any ideas? is it just a case of the crank shaft sensor

also what should the resistance be and what is the part number for the sensor?

has anyone had a stall speed monitoring fault on your auto box (TD5)? i have done a stall test and that passed and using my diagnostic machine the output shaft speed shaft speed doesn't change as i increase road speed. Is there an easy was to measure the resistance in the sensor without removing...

Is that a common cause then? a google search doesn't suggest it's common for a td5 chain to snap.

Has anyone had a chain snap on their TD5 and what caused it? Also how much was the repair bill? Suspected cam chain but take reasonings for both

does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 19j its ex mod so it has loads of unnecessary wires and it is probably easiest to rewire the whole vehicle or at the wires that run to the fuse panel and along the dash

I'm more worried about the cable where can I get that from
