Fair point. I forgot the plug is horizontal not vertical. Surely you only need to get a 10 degree turn on it and the seal is broken though ?

What you need to do is get a meter long scafold pole, put it over the end of the spanner. Even if Jeff Capes did the bolt up, that will undo it !
