Hi, thanks for the info, is the dextron oil compatible with the standard stuff, i mean can it be mixed with the normal ATF thats allready in the box?? i no that il have to change it twice as you never get it all out or is there a set procedure. thanks (auto boxs are not my thing... anything else...

Sorry for the late reply (laptop had a fight with a glass of water... and lost) yes mine does sem to lock up when ive been drivving on motoway for 20 mins or longer but it does lock from 50mph onwards, i defanatly do have to work it harder to make it lock sometimes, i have noticed if im towing...

Hi all, reet ive just spoken to an auto box specailist about my auto lock not working unless im towing summert or i drive it hard down the motoway, my way of thinking (along with help on here) is that the oil wanted changing as it had gon "sticky" inbetween the plates... well the transmission...

Yes ive had a look and it looks the same as the landy gearbox, il have to check gearbox numbers etc to be double sure... even tho its bolted up to the pug 2.5 turbo... i think it would make a nice conversion, the weight of the LDV is 4.2 tonn as its got the coach body on it so the tdi wont make...

Diesel engines do not need a cat for mot:D, even if they had 1 from new... its allways been this way and ive checked with a friend who works for VOSA, he basicaly sends cars to mot stations that have allready been tested by the ministry to catch out rip off mot'ers and dodgy ticket issuers:eek...

Not sure where to put it so il pop it in here and hope for the best... i used to have a series3 with the original 2.25 diesel in it and when that died i fitted the sherpa 2.5... now i no that you can squeze the 200Tdi in the series3 so does that mean i can rip out the slow as fooook 2.5 turbo...

Ive got a PSI box on mine and its brilliant, very very pleased with it and the company is very helpfull indeed, even tho they are in belguim they answerd all my questions and emailed me details on how to "tweak" it...

Yeh im goin to have to weild the hooks in situ i think, got me worrid bout the rear mudflaps now tho :D I only want to do it really just to see if it helps with the power etc and to make it look a tad better from the rear... its got to help with power at least a bit as my way of thinking is...
