    I do fair bit of rust proofing and my old sprayer is knackered so made sense. I am calling them tomorrow to see if they can do a deal on a job lot of the stuff. I am looking for a tilt ramp to put up at the garage if you know of one :)

    Going to check hubs etc next. i am measuring between the chassis and the wheel hub. it does have a 2 inch lift at the moment.

    Thought it was worth a mention but I have always mixed wax oil with old gear oil for the inside of the chassis and used tetra under seal for the outside of the chassis. treated my old mans 96 disco years back and the boot floor and chassis is still original and 100% solid.

    Cheers for the fast replies :) the bushes are ok not the best but with a big bar they don't shift. the cross member looks to be fine so do the mounts. I have measured from the front to the rear of each a frame where the mounts are and there bang on within a mm Is not the easiest thing to...

    P38 ABS, Brake and TCS lights on

    If the unit detects a fault it wont work. normal cause is as mentioned the abs sensors normally caused by water ingress or play in a wheel bearing they are known to break down randomly though. you can either check with the correct computer or use a volt meter to check them.

    Have seen those knocking around how reliable have they been from day to day use. Have done one vnt conversion before and it ended up been a pain in the bum with the controller needing fettling about with all the time.
