EGR Blanking Mod, cleaned inlet manifold replaced crankcase oil filter and painted the rear wheel hubs...With a little help from my wife!

Cleaned my inlet manifold "well the wife did" how long should it be left to dry before refitting it?

Just in the middle of fitting my EGR Blanking Mod but I'm stuck getting the pipe at the back free. I've undone the jubilee clip buts it's absolutely solid. Can any tell me how to release this pipe?

Fitting my EGR blanking mod and cleaning the inlet manifold this afternoon. Does anyone know the manifold tightening up sequence as i can't seem to find it for the TD4 in the manual???

With all the rain we've been having i have noticed water dripping out of my interior light. Has anyone else had this problem. I am presuming it maybe coming through the aerial base? Any ideas would be appreciated :)

Thanks for you help. It seems the brake light switch may be at fault. So armed with the knowledge i've got from this forum i'm off back to the dealer i bought it off to get him to have a look. It's still under warranty as i only bought it on Saturday!

Yes all the lights come on for a second. I've sorted the hill descent. Just looked under the gear lever gator and it was'nt even plugged in. I've pluuged it in and the green light is now working. Only problem now is the amber Traction control and Hill descent lights coming on intermittently...
