Hi, i did have a problem with the first drive shaft. when changing the bearing i didnt notice that it fell out. I had to remove the boot and reinsert the triple bearing back into the housing. I have though checked this and there is no excess movement or anything.

As it only really happened after the second one, and i think the poblem and wobble lies with that side. it may be worth a try.

The front wheel bearing was the first thing i checked, and the left hand side bearing was faulty. That has since been changed and noise is still there.

Fitted new silicone set of hoses the other day. Old ones actually looked ok when I got them off. Black smoke still pouring out the back when I accelerate hard. Any other ideas guys.

I can control the smoke to a degree of I keep the rpm about 1500 - 2000. If I try to go above that or push it hard. That's when smoke appears. I'm trying a fuel cleaner just now too see if that helps. This should help if injectors need a clean hopefully. Also there is slight smoke when ticking over.
