You could try cleaning the sensor connection first and worst case a new FL sensor ! waste of cash changing them all IMO. Well done with the perserverance tho :) another rangie saved from coils.

I drove a doozle yesterday with power box fitted and hate to admit that was very quick and " almost tongue in cheek " as quick as my 4.0 V8 :o Would defo solve your traffic light dilemma tho :D

When you get round to removing air intake panel at bottom of windscreen you may find that the drains there are blocked due to leaves / debris due to missing filter and water making its way through somewhere ? + a dehumidifier will help things along to dry interior :)

Yep found the loom the black shielded wire has "SOVITRAN - ROVER" stamped on the cable and looks the same as your posted pics.

I would not have complete harness but may have the connector that plugs in ECU and a foot of cable or so. Not savvy with auto electrics so would not know if any use

I may have a section of ECU loom and you will be able to salvage something from that ? will look later and post back :) Loom is from a year 2000 if i can find it

Mine only works with key in and agree it may be condensation issue.
