ive never had a general part fail on me and all the filters ive had from them seem fairly decent, well made. But the lift springs ive had from them are beyond crap 3 months and under 4k miles and they have sagged left to right by over an inch :( shoulda stumped up the cash for terrafirma springs

they say 1.0 bar is the limit to not be munching turbos

Also have you checked the obvious....blocked air filter or even egr valve stuck open?

Getting 28 out of my 200tdi with a tweaked pump but i do have to take it easy to get that. driving with a heavier foot gets me arount 25 having my foot planted takes it down to 23. if you do a search for "tuning 200/300tdi" you will find a really well detailed post on it

Starter motor. Just because the solonoid clicks doesnt mean the motor is fubared

I have 33x12.50 r15 maxxis mudders on my range they are frickin awesome tyres great on road manners and ****ed all over my mates bf muds at yarwell on sunday :) havent had them in deep clay yet but they seem to clean very well on the stuff ive had it in so far

You can also do it at the bulkhead end aswell i fitted my front wings and bonnet when i did mine, made the adjustment a pain in the ass but made making sure the body was straight much easier

Had the same problems with mine when i rebuilt the 2a it took a full day of fiddling with washers, shims, jacks and all sorts of violent tools to get it right. normally its when welding has been done on the bulkhead the heat warps themetal and as soon as the bolts are removed for say a chassis...

Good shout would make things so much better
