It's an R reg Nissan Terrano - just had to go outside to check cus I knew it was a piece of shoite just wasn't sure of the specifics. SO you reckon there is a breaker in there somewhere? Why do people only ask you for help after they totally FUBAR'd it?

No wires left off the battery and yes they did have a new battery in there connected the wrong way around. Think they are leaving it till tomorrow cus they need to get batteries for the immob. Will get me meter on it and check for voltage thru the fusebox etc............. Watch this space...

To be fair to Newbies, it is quite a large site with a number of Forums. But when people first attend, they quite often want advice/info so they wanna talk to you experts - they may be jumping the queue re "Introducing yourself" etc but I did the same when I joined so I can understand.......

I heard plenty of rumours - including rumours of big cats here in the Forest of Dean. Tend to take it with a pinch of salt, but if you sin one down that way then WOW. I think that is fantastic. Please tell me your not winding me up..........
