The GPS receiver is fixed to the underside of the plastic scuttle panel near the o/s windscreen wiper.

The twenty pence shape mirror is the BMW boss. The mirror twists on clockwise about 1/8 of a turn. The back of the mirror looks like a triangle of wire inside.

I have this in my P38 Package Deals & Starter Packs - 4x4 Packages - BasicPLUS Offroader : 4x4 - TTi TCB-550 Package Deal its small enough to fit between the seat and the centre console. I can't find a better place for it.

Most of the Warwickshire lanes we used on the last bank holiday were very overgrown. It could take weeks to trim back the foliage ! and just as you get to the end its grown back at the start.

I have used Engine Oil, Motor Oil, Gear Oil, Car Oil, Motorbike Oil from oilman at Opie Oils

My Pure Highway has very good reception here in the Midlands. There are two reasons I use a magnetic aerial, so i can swap the DAB between the Range Rover and my company van and the supplied stick on aerial will not work with heated screens. There is nothing better than a nice sunny day...

I've been checking the OS Explorer maps 232, 233, and 245 which cover Tamworth, Leicester and The National Forest. Map 232 i've found 3 BOATs marked. map 233 has 7 and 245 has 10. I don't know if any are open or even worth driving. How can i check ?

Are the lanes ok for a standard P38 on worn Good year wranglers with a novice greenlaner at the wheel ? If so can I tag along.
