I had to make it smoke a bit, Best saying ever :D But on a serious note it really does shift low down, and now thanks to the disco transfer box I'm not changing gear all the time. I get between about 5mph extra each gear, makes a difference :)

Adjusted the diaphragm on the fuel pump properly to suit the allisport intercooler and new waste gate feed position (on the inlet manifold)... Wow what a difference, pulls like a train now, even with the discovery transfer box and 265/75 M/T's. Only a bit of black smoke at full tilt :D

I bet the chassis would bend before that, looks great :D

Cheers mate :D It has standard height HD suspension which is approx +1" lift. It's got 30mm spacers and 265/75R16 Cooper Discoverer STT tyres :) Here's a few more up-to-date picture though :D

No reason to doubt this, they are a good lump. Quieter than a 200tdi and the front end is slightly easier to work on. The auto 300tdi ones do have a bit of electrics for the kick down and some later 300tdi's have a box for the fuel pump control and EGR IIRC. Have heard they are a bit less...

Has anybody ever seen or know if an 'On-Off-Momentary' toggle switch is available? I want one for my roof lights so I can either 'flash' or 'keep on' Haven't been able to find any, maybe there's no such thing :p Cheers
