Hello all, If I was to use a 12volt heater fan on a 150 amp hour (leisure) battery how long would I get.. The fan uses 25 amps on full blast, but obviously that's over what is required as its heating a 110. I would expect well under half that is what is required.... Many thanks Steve

I have an ex mod 110 with a 2.5 n/a and there fore have lots of engine bay room. Is it ok to fit these units in the engine bay, and duct the heating pipe either through the bulkhead or underneath and into the cab, with temperature stat and controls inside the cab as well ? Talking thermo...

Thanks for the replies...Mmmmmm i think in reality the weight of the rads/water heater would be heavier than a standard blower. Now i have narrowed it down a bit....do i go for: Truma Fixed Gas heaters for caravans and motorhomes uk these require no power whats ever and run on butane or...

Thats good, did it have an expansion tank that you can remember. Six rads... Blimy I only need one, two at a push to heat the landie in nasty conditions lol

Thats some good stuff there griff...i like a lot. Have you got a shelving system in place, or can you trust the self stacking(one on top of the other) ? I am not good with wood so am looking for a shelving system that incorporates plastic boxes. Cheers steve

I know how it works, just not sure if i have to take the lower dash off. We are going to put in an auxilary blower(via feed and return from radiator) and i may as well fix the original heating Steve

ex mod 110 ffr 1986 2.5n/a No its allright, the blower works and there is(a little bit) heat etc coming from it, but.... I would like to get into the "ducting" that outputs to the two flexi hoses that go to the screen so as to reseal it all up as one of the places we want to overland to is...

i know, but while i have some time i am going to savor the moment...because you know we all should at (rare) times like these......
