    Addendum (i'll go soon i promise) I forgot to say.....right at the beginning you will need to depressurise the fuel rail. The fuel rail can hold up to 2.5bar of pressure so if you forget to depressurise it you are going to get sprayed (dangerous)!!!! To depressurise it get under the driver...

    You can them make up your own T-piece with a connector kit (halfords) You can either get a connector that the insert will fit into and glue it or heat up the insert until really hot and push into a slightly smaller diameter connector for a really snug fit. Sorry but i got carried...

    So today i carried on and in such cleaned all the crap off the plenum (filthy), the ram housing (even Filthier) and the inlet manifold (as dirty as my woman..............really filthy). After degreasing i took them down to the garage to pressure wash them, most of the water ended up on myself...
