no its not....its a direct injection....follow the fuel lines back from the infectors and u will get to the fuel injector pump, therefore not a common rail. common rail refers to a single gallery filled with fuel that all the injectors are fed from. a TD5 is in essence, a sort of common rail...

from what I can gather....there should be no wobble. Recently had my gbox redone top to bottom....seems its a common weakness for the bearing to cause a bit of wear to the casing.....what they did was machine, then fit a steel insert into which the bearing fits....very snug fit.....seems ok now

Was an old guy and his wife, both retired, but needed a project of sorts to keep em sane.....they are now busy on another restoration....luvly way to pass the last years dont u think?

Yeah...totally agree....am considering removing some of it. FYI....front bumper is a stainless steel water tank, and also has a 12v air compressor fitted with about a 3 litre air tank and plenty of hose....handy to have...

just completed complete engine/gbox rebuild....purring like a cheshire cat..:D:D:D:D the vehicle rebuild was done by an old guy and his wife....pretty amazing rebuilt. Every nut, bolt, screw, washer, bracket is stainless.....the rest of the Landy is either stainless, ali, or galvanised...
