i disagree, i have had 2 similar problems with 19j engines and i changed the oil in both to 20w50 classic motor oil and the problems cured ! one engine was a turner recon with 3000k on it, the problem started when he changed his own oil at work with the 15w40 that they used in there trucks

well i have the gear box and all the bits to convert a manual 200 or 300 tdi engine to auto parts ,,,,, good 36k gear box and torque convertor adaptor plate off 300tdi has been adapted to fit 200tdi but easy to change it back gear selector and cable, hi and low selector aswell crossmember...
