im not a spanner man but i will give anything a go, do i just replace the bit that has rusted or do i have to replace the whole length there is alot of bends in that pipe

hi all, i was doing 70 mph on the bypass and my brakes decided to stop working. after rolling to a holt i had a look underneath and found that the main pipe that runs from the servo to the back had rusted away and had lost all my fluid,i have spoke to a local 4x4 workshop and they can replace...

hi all just a couple of thing's this is my first discovery and these might be common faults.the first thing, plenty of fan noise but not air coming out onto the windscreen,it comes out of the front part of the dash but not the top plus no heat at all?.next thing is when i start to turn the wheel...

thanks for all your advice,i think i will get a trolly jack and just stick it straight in the boot,then find myself a good spanner+socket cheers all

hi all great site,i have just got my first disco 93' 2.5tdi but i have not found the jack or any tools, am i just unlucky or do they hide them out of sight, just one more thing is mine a 300 or a 200 cheers all:rolleyes:
