What did you do with your Range Rover today

I found the other week that on a long drive, my AC was lacklustre especially compared to my 3.6l which has always been excellent in the AC department. It's cold but not properly cold so I've had my 'go to guy' out this afternoon to have a look. He weighed the gas that came out, it had 210g in...

L322 Range Rover SOLD - 2010 (facelift) Range Rover Vogue for sale

That's the two reasons I need to get rid of it. I can just about live with two of them but the lack of those lifting straps is a deal breaker! :)

    L322 Reservoir Valve.

Is the reservoir valve the one in the compressor housing under the spare wheel? I've seen threads where the wring gets damaged by the spare wheel but it's in a sleeve so it's not obvious. It would be good if we had the code with the text (C-xxx) to narrow the field a bit but Autel may not give...

Evoque Blind spot not working just a yellow spot in the left mirror it some time comes on and off.

It's nice when people do as it helps people when others are searching through the threads if they have the same issue. It's really irritating when people fix their issue with help and don't come back to say it's done, how will anyone know what the fix was?

L322 Fixed! - P0046 - Where is the boost control solenoid?

It's not supposed to be that tight. They are particularly poorly made (or at least mine were) so I figure the decent quality stainless bolts are less likely to seize into the alloy and should come undone. M6 into alloy should only be about 6-8Nm usually anyway which means they should never...

L322 Fixed! - P0046 - Where is the boost control solenoid?

G-67 is the one. I bought this one, not the very cheapest on eBay (although probably the exact same unit as the very cheapest) https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/152816114742 I'd suggest buying a new set of bolts for it too. I ordered a few M6 x16mm countersunk head stainless ones to replace mine...

L322 Range Rover 2005 - rear doors, tailgate, fuel cap locked

I think when you add a new key it deletes the old ones which is why you have to do all keys in the same ignition cycle so I don't think that is it. These guys say to hold Unlock and press Lock 3 times. They also cycle the ignition twice I quite like their videos but I will say that they...

Door actuator would be my guess. I had a N/S rear door that didn't always lock/unlock to I replaced the actuator and it's been good ever since. I know a guy who is breaking a 2006 one that might be the same, I can put you in touch with him if you like.

    0x0032 CAN bus Fault

My friend once said to me "You don't so much own one as borrow it from the garage that maintain it" There is 50% truth in this one for me: I think the transfer of GapIID is not an issue, the hard part is finding a used one in the first place. I did see some for sale but they were the G2 and...

    0x0032 CAN bus Fault

I thought that Launch tool must have been a knock-off one as it has the Chinese characters in the logo on screen but I used a friend's one the other day and it does the same thing, everything stored in the 'cloud' too. Not too keen on that and I have been a fan of Launch stuff of old too...

L322 Range Rover 2005 - rear doors, tailgate, fuel cap locked

Someone more knowledgeable than I will know whether or not the re-sync procedure will work with the new BCU I'm sure. I've had some BMWs around this age that used the same procedure so I think you may be able to do it and get the remote locking working. 1. Turn ignition to position 2 (don't...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Had that on all of them. I've yet to work out the trick to getting them the turn off when the trailer is connected as the coding seems to make no difference at all. I know you can press the button and turn off the PDC but when you're not that skilled (like me) and you have to do a couple of...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

I replaced the coolant reservoir on my car this weekend. The old one was filthy, I'm hoping it was due to a previous failure and not a current issue. The coolant looks good and clean so (for now) I've just replaced the bottle. Time will tell as to whether I have another issue but as the oil...

    Lower control arm bushings

I would suggest that you do both lower arms (and on both sides). If it's been like that for a while it will have put undue stress on the other arm bushings. I did mine recently, not expensive on parts at all and as it's been suggested, a couple of hours to do but you absolutely MUST not...

    AirCon Problems L320 4.4 petrol 2005

I'm a bit confused reading this as the AC won't kick in without having the correct pressure so you can't really test it with a negative pressure or vacuum. It might be that you're saying the only code you have is for low pressure and that's because it has no gas currently? Not wanting to...
