Denbighshire Rights of Way Improvement Plan Assessment Report 2008

I've been told area too big and too little population to support properly a row office. I've also been told or a rumour that quite a few def maps are missing or too old to look at, or even don't exist, the parish councils did'nt pass everything on during all the reorgs over the years. Have...

    Motoring Org.'s Not recoving 4x4

There been some talk on other fourms and within 4x4 groups/clubs in Wales about Motoring organistions refusing to recover 4x4 after greenlaing trips or outside pay day sites/trails. Not talking here about actually on the lane or in the site itself, more after trucks been towed to the main road...

Denbighshire Rights of Way Improvement Plan Assessment Report 2008

No doubt the council tax payers are worst off having spent thousands on "report" which claims a "survey" no one seems to have heard about. No doubt they asked a few ramblers and posh knob horse riders leading questions and left us out. As for advertising the survey well the so called council...

    Where's good in North Wales???

Bit odd that, some of the best, longest, quietest, legal greenlanes in the country, on there doorstep and they don't go laning ? Upset lots of people, they's hardly anyone on the lanes, we often meet nobody, its dead. As for trials "compete for a laugh", they I think take it quite...

    Diff guards and corrosion.

True, but it sometimes is a bit of an "art" removing thick rust, grine, rub to hard, hammer too hard to get scale off, and the metal becomes too thin. Sometimes its best just to leave it. Then theres those paints which claim don't need to get all the rust off, just scale.

    Diff guards and corrosion.

Yur the paint expert, but I found hammerite fakes off after a few months unless you get all the rust off. Catch 22, rub off the rust and more holes appear:(

    Diff guards and corrosion.

I exactly what you mean, i took mine off to remove mud etc and the pan started leaking oil, the mud was stopping it leaking. Welded it with a mig, some very thin metal, cleaned all the rust off, repaint. Put guards back on, pay attention with power washer now

    insurance

Sounds a fair price but ask what breakdown cover is provided, just roadside is fine if you don't know much about repairs. But I would go for recovery back to home, most landies easy to fix, but if your drive shaft went or cambelt do you want to be stranded somewhere remote.
