K&N gave good results on a fiesta zetec S i had as a youth, but you need to sort out some custom pipe work with it to really get good gains (Powerflow exhausts do this kinda thing) just sticking a free flow filter onto the restrictive standard airbox/pipework alone will just give more noise...
