    Accumulator?????

Have you tried bleeding the brakes since fitting it,a lot of people havent needed to but a few have had to ? When i did mine i had a bit of air in the system (pump made a ticking type noise) which went after bleeding from the master bleeder on the modulator..

Does anyone else have to do this?

My 4.6 never needs any throttle to fire up, hot or cold :)

    Big end gone

............................... Wow,that bearing broke up a treat :( Was the pump noisy before it went,or did it just let go, silent but deadly ?

    P38 Bleeding Brakes

I had to bleed the system on mine a few times the full way in order to get all the spongey feeling out. The last few times i just bled from the master bleed nipple on the accumulator to get the last remnants out. Been perfect since :D

    Lpg

Man,vodka and maths dont mix do they  I'm getting about 14mpg on lpg, from shortish journeys. Would love to go multi point at some time, but with more fuel price rises to come soon thats on hold :( Checked my lpg receipts from july last year, and i'm paying an extra £6 odd per tankfull...

    Lpg

I have single point fitted to my 4.6hse,and it works perfectly :) But the cost of lpg has gone up so much around my area, that i'm going to run mine on petrol for a week or so as i think its going to be nearly as cost effective (as it gets with a rangey ! ) as lpg. :( lpg = 87p Petrol =...

Or take the cat's off, then knock the insides out of them to make them straight through. Then re fit. That way if anyone (plod) takes a peak underneath they will still see the cat fitted. :D If you do take them off, dont forget to sell them to a scrappy for £20-£30 each. Well thats what they...
