Is the driver/passenger door the same on a 3door as a 5 door? If so, the rear quarter panel should just bridge the gap between the B and C pillar, at least in terms of the outer skin anyway..... In theory.

Different application but my 300tdi disco is on 235k at the moment. Still pulls like a train. As long as it's serviced regularly they run forever.

About 18 months ago I printed the entire PDF file for the Disco 1...... its about 7-800 pages..... before I clicked print I assumed in my ignorance that 800 pages was about 1 packet of A4 paper.... how wrong was I!!!??

My mate has a set of seats from a honda crz/x in his disco. Really comfy. As for colour it depends how you are going to paint it and what finish. I've been looking at the "Rugged Guide" facebook page the last few days and he does a lot of satin finish defenders in subtle colours.
