was just about to order the por 15 from frost and came across this EPOXY-MASTIC Rust Proofing Chassis Paint its won a few awards apperently, any one used it ?

havnt noticed yet, but in my d1 i had a few years ago peeps used to wave, maybe there jealous of the d2 :D

Anyone used frost por 15 chassis paint, and how much do you need for a disco chassis?

Was going to ask about dinatrol, looks a bit better than waxoyl, does it work better

when people refer to waxoyl do they mean shuts or the clear waxoyl ? and whats the best way to apply it spray or brush on

have heard a few saying dont use waxoyl. i always thought this was amongst the best, strange how things change

Ok, that's great, seen one on ebay £8 not bad

fixed it yipee, striped the switch apart and found 1 of the pins had snapped on the contact face, re soldered as tempory fix and all is well. need to order a new one now though any ideas of the best place. thank you though sierrafery

hi guys sorry to keep asking for help when i havnt helped anyone myself yet. but i found out last night that i had no brake lights. investigated today and i think its the brake switch. i have done a continuity test on the switch and there is no continuity on any pin, so to confirm its the switch...

thanks, i will get it plugged into a diagnostic machine if its expensive i will contact the garage. cheers

fuse 25 is fine :confused2: was hopeing for a easy fix then

thanks for that, no they didnt have a proper tester they said that to be fair, but didnt charge me either.
