Thanks for that, I had already drained and changed the oil to the correct type to try and rectify the problem also cleaned then replaced the breathers. I will try and get underneath tonight to indentify the flange

Just googled looks like the 200 came into defenders late 1990 so could be correct I will get the chassis and engine number from it later and have a Google. Was there many changes in 1992?
