Interesting... The garage where I goes told me that I have to rebuild my Gearbox since it was giving some kick from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. After changing the GB Oil, the Filter and adding some GB treatment I no longer feel these kicks... Still I am advise to do something about it and I was suppose...

Nope the trim is not missing the gap is between the trim and the window itself. I can take a better picture tomorrow but the trim is definitively there. And I only have this problem on the right side of the car. I will check with a local braker but if the silicon do the job then I will go...
