filled tank of series 2a 109 and found it shows only half full on gauge. if unplug sender unit wire it goes full tank off the gauge. took top off sender and there a wound wire and slider prongs and all seems ok but goes from 0 empty to 100ohms full. is there another sender unit that goes 0...

It's a simple laser cut plate I had made at work. Drops into original plate of bulb flange and bulb pokes through. Sprung clips hold on bulb flange nice and tightly. Bulbs are £1.75 a pair delivered and E marked.

Pressure gauge connects via plastic tube and must enter an oil gallery just belo fuel filter bowl in passenger side rear. Pics show and tell better.

hi have exact same engine in my 109, its got an aftermarket presseure gauage and it taps into rear side of block just under the fuel filter housing with a pastic pipe off to gauge in dash. i'll grab a photo and post it later, should be dead easy to do.

Well finally found a single lucas spot light I liked ..don't know model no. But looks good to me. Made a bracket and bolted on backed through tub mounts. Mounted light to bracket and bob's your unlce. Wired to an illuminated pull switch on dash so can be reverse or work light. Oh...

just bought set 4 wheels and tyres , 2 off nearly new 2 off abot 6mm tread depth. sounds daft but which end of landy wears tyres out first as i'll put the newer tyres on that end. ie a fwd car wears fronts and rears perish before they wear out how does a series 2a 109 pickup wear tyres?

seen and wondered are they really that much better than a large drum brake as pad contact area is so much smaller. seen mixed reviews, would i notice much difference as the old girls manily on road use? are you doing some pics to show the kit with a before and after fitted shot. cheers
