Hi guys ABS light has been on for a while. but MOT is due in a couple of months, I know this has been discused a thousand times on this forum so can any one put up a link to a site that tells you how to short the small blue plug by the fuse box and the fault codes. Thanks Kindwarf

Hi guys where can you get reader for ABS diagnostic plug, the blue one in the fuse box under the steering wheel, is it an expensive item or is it something only LR dealers would have, is there no converter to use the multi plug on th more modern vehicles.

I've had my disco for nearly 2 years but one problem I seem to have is that I've changed the rear shock absorber bottom bushes about three times and they are gone again, the near side one wears the most, I have some polybushes to fit now but what causes the others to wear so quickly, the shocks...

Same as above it takes less than 10 minutes from opening the bonnet, its easier if you take off the fan cowel first only one screw on mine.

Hi guys sorted out my alternator problem diode gone ftted a new one £95 not too bad I suppose.

Tried all the cures mentioned, put a jump led from earth on the battery to the engine no joy, put a clip on ammeter on output shot up to max it only goes up to 30 amps, rev counter works ok removed white and black wire from the alternator rev counter stopped put it back all ok, measured small...

I will try those things tomorrow thanks any one else any ideas.
