I'm after some side steps in good nick, 95 300tdi es. If any one has some, I took mine of last week to repair them and I would have had to put more metal in than what was good 75% ofthe square box section was buggered and half of the flat plate so I binned them, I live in the West Yorkshire...

Mine takes 2 or 3 miles in busy traffic to start the needle moving in normal weather then the gauge goes to just below half.

Any one have more information please, cheers.

Hi guys seviced my Disco today found play in upper near side swivel, I looked at Paddocks site but was confused about what to buy to fix it, they do an upper swivel pin kit for abs is that all I need or is there more parts required eg seal for abs sensor and in the manual it mentions a rialco...

I had the same problem last week. I took the plugs out 3 were knackered, Paddock are doing some cheap ones for £2.80 plus vat each got some of them no problems.

No not in Devon I come from Plymouth but live in West Yorkshire now I'm going down for xmas though.

Hi guys 300 tdi due for service, I know its only filters but the local privately owned LR parts dealer charges about £27.00 for the parts not genuine land rover,are the ones on the net ok Devon 4x4 do the kit for £7.55 for example, has anyone had any problems with these kits. cheers

It may be prudent to put in an additive you can get for auto boxes its about £10 £15 but its supposed to soften any hardened seals and smoothen out gear changes. I put some in a cavalier I used to have that flashed up auto box probs solved that, I'm thinking of putting some in my Disco auto.

Try some liquid metal, there is some on the market now that is stronger than the origional part and can be drilled and taped ect.

Yes the blink test does work on a the small blue plug I just need conformation about what terminals to short out, I wish I had an OBD plug because I have access to a reader, the reader for the small blue plug is a special item only used by LR specialist.
