    I've just swapped my clutch fork for a heavy duty one without the hole! and seperating engine and gearbox fine, swapping the fork and slave cylinder fine but just CAN not get bell housing studs to line up and sync with transmission case holes whatever I do.     I'm in the middle of replacing my clutch folk and about to reasemble it all and all clips and bits that come with folk are obvious except this little L shape plastic staple, anyone know what it is or where it goes I can't see one on old set up I just tookout. Thanks in antisipation Mark.

    Thanks for that, by the sounds of it won't need the grinder then. I'll probably leave the O ring on the shaft for now if it's not too serious as I've got enough other bits to do! Could I then use the same fluid I use for PAS as gearbox oil or is it slightly differeny? Thanks again Mark
