Very limited info on this at the mo. Was posted originally on Defender2 forum. Silver '12' plate 90 stolen overnight in Sowerby Bridge area, Yorks. Have asked for any more info, will update here if I get any

I get the impression that the VRN/VIN is flagged at the DVLA. So when the V5 changes hands and a change of owner application comes in, this is the trigger for AVCIS to make further investigations. No sale equals no change in ownership application. Still, on the plus side, it...

Thanks for this - sent to AVCIS:) They tell me the last few we've sent over have been pulled (either by ebay or seller) prior to auction end. Maybe word is slowly starting to spread that plod are watching Ebay.
