D O N E As soon as we bled the first one into the bottle (beer bottle) we did not have a jar, there was bubbles! All 4 had bubbles, and this is after 4 or 5 bleeds. Then we checked the M/C, it was fine. Drove her home, perfect brakes! Thanks so much!:D:)

Great!!! thanks so much guys! I have already called my mechanic and booked him for the morning. I asked him if he knows how to bleed with with the jar, he says yes, I say so why didn't he do it like that today? he says "Um". Any hoo, I have a strong feeling this will be the fix...

The last 2 times that we bled the brakes we got no air from any of the calipers. Not sure about the jar? Is the jar the container on the M/C?

Air does appear to disappear after a couple pumps.

After a couple pumps the pedal gets really hard, but when its really hard there is not much brakes. then the next time the brakes will be perfect. very strange

The M/C is brand new, I would have to order another, would take about a week. I can do this if it is what you guys think the problem is?

There is a junction box that is mounted to the firewall just under the master cylinder that a few brake lines run to and from. I did not change this, would that make a difference?

All nipples are on the top. Pedal is consistent when the engine is off.

ok, just got back from mechanic. we bled the brakes 2 more times with no luck. I press the brake and sometimes it feels fine, sometimes it goes almost to the floor and is very week and sometimes its as hard as a rock but the brakes hardly work. Any thoughts? brake booster maybe? Air still...

In the Bahamas they mostly steal Honda civics and accords. I can leave Pumkin anywhere with the keys in it, they think its garbage :-) However they will take my tools out the back.
