    Is it true that if you put your foot on the clutch, but leave the car in an appropriate gear for the speed travelling, that you can save on fuel.     LOL! I've had bearings go on a 205 and that was a very different noise and mainly when turning the wheel, more of a knocking. This noise was an intermittent ringing/jingling noise or a rubbing/squeaking noise. The noise only started on Monday and I'd already had it booked in for Thursday...

    I took Norbert in to the garage on Thursday am for them to investigate why the lights were on, to seal the ruddy sunroof and to investigate a 'noise'. Turns out the 'noise' was a wheel bearing that was so lose it was virtually off.... This had knocked the ABS sensor on that front tyre. Also...
