take the plugs out and get a socket on the end of the crank and try and turn it both ways if its seized pour a mixture of oil and diesel or heating oil down the bores and leavit for at least a week and try turning it again by hand gently gently though

if that dont work your lift pump has gone south, just had a nightmare with mine as first time i checked it fuel would still spray out the union on the filter but still couldnt get it to stay running new lift pump sorted it right out though only £30 too
would the ecu not be just as happy with a pre 94 uk spec tune select resistor or a gulf state one the 3.9 was just as happy before the cats were put on.

did u change the oil recently when i worked in a garage the amount of times i done a service and the pressure switch kicked the bucket was loads.
as for your pressure readings off the gauge etc they dont sound too out of order really

lol i see your point but a whole tube on each roof was already overkill and didnt cure it i even cleaned all the surfaces with meths first, would rather fit the pop up sun roofs if the holes are the same
ok so my V8 ES ****is water in through the sun roofs both of them are shagged and dont open so i was going to bin the pair of them and put the non electgric pop up ones in out of my rotten 200tdi can anybody tell me if the holes are the same etc need to sort this before the dead of winter sets...
well me and my bruv have a fav corner with a dip and naughty camber and we slide out the seats in the rrc 300tdi specially the seat back (end up with my shoulder on the window) yet the same corner faster in my d1 V8 we stay more planted and he dont end up with his shoulder on the window so there...
ok so here it is then the update so far, cleaned the sedementor out and still no joy removed the inspection pannel and pipes were fine going into the tank. Bonus i thought this can only mean its the lift pump so to be sure i thought id wip the lift pump off my bruvs rrc that was a sound runner...
ok so after working some killer shifts and not finishing till after dark i finally got the disco up on the ramps and had a look at the sedimentor ive seen silmiler things on plan equipment but they have been metal and glass combo and easy to take apart so for the thick ones on here I dont want...
i never said anything about metallic **** in the oil just about the colour which was more like a really dark honey instead of the red it should of been
