Bought a new alloy rad - i'm mounting it further forward so making up a frame that bolts up to the original front panel holes the front panel will be mounted at the front like it is in the earlier picture - i think it looks better like this - i dont really see why land rover didnt do it this...

has anyone fitted a 'better' turbo that the landrover 200/300 one? ive put a 300tdi into my series 3 but the engine i bought had a u/s turbo - ive got a 200tdi exh manifold with a flange on so i can fit any flanged turbo i can't straight fit an landy one anyway as my engine is too far back so...

i'm looking at getting some shocks too - fitted the last of my parabolics today (think they were GB springs) took this pic just testing how much articulation they have - loads better than the knackered standard springs - no way would it have done this before i think the parabolics will be good...

fitted the front parabolics - got all 4 on now :) might try this with the other stand at the opposite rear see if i can get all 4 wheel on the floor

no pics but fitted the new 200tdi exhaust manifold - the turbo still won't fit in place but it's easier to adapt it than the 300 manifold also managed to bleed the clutch - nice and heavy just how it should be got the fuel tank ready for fitting but i don't have a return pipe - how do others...
