ermmmm, engaged. but not properly, its like the bite point moves down just below the bottom of where the clutch peddle can move to when fully pressed. does that make any sense? As soon as you pull it up with your toe and press it again it returns to normal until next time.

Yep, it is the brown church roofrack. had to modify it slightly to get the spot lights on, unfortunatly there still a bit useless because you get so much glare off the windscreen when there on. Look cool though. hehe ;) . Not to sure about the MOT in belgium, or the UK for that matter. lol...
