Well just got on line here in France so can communicate now. Drove over 400 miles in one go towing a 1 ton trailer fully loaded with my 2.5dse with a Leakey engine oil cooler not severe, stopping for fuel etc. No problems apart from I had cruise control on and about 80 miles from destination...

It looks like Pirtek hoses have been there as some are not crimps but compression fittings, plus the name on the hoses give it away.

Hello All, can I run my p38 diesel without the ac hoses connected to the evapourator. There is no gas in the system and I have to get to the engine oil cooler as it is leaking and not from the hoses. I was just have a spare bit of time and thought I could at least take of the cooler to get at...
